Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pkla platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on pkla, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create a pkla account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on this platform.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted one pkla account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Secure and Fair Platform
pkla uses 256-bit SSL encryption and certified RNG software from all listed game providers. Player funds are held in segregated accounts.
৳ BDT Transactions
All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals on pkla are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion fees apply to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the pkla website at pkla.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer available on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and pkla with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, and understandings.
pkla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, pkla will display a notification within the platform and update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of pkla following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing pkla from Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
To be eligible to hold a pkla account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual, not on behalf of a business or legal entity.
- You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You have not previously had a pkla account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform — including any self-exclusion you yourself have placed on your pkla account.
- You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person in creating or using a pkla account.
pkla reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by pkla's verification team will result in account suspension until the verification is completed or permanently if the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
3. Account Registration and KYC
3.1 Registration Requirements
To register a pkla account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form. The information required includes your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and your date of birth. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or the details of another person when registering.
pkla permits one account per individual. If our system detects multiple accounts registered by the same person — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances associated with those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and fraud prevention, pkla conducts KYC verification on all player accounts. KYC may be triggered at registration, at the point of the player's first withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or at any time pkla deems verification necessary.
Standard KYC documents accepted by pkla include:
- Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence — issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last 90 days showing your registered address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account ownership; or front-of-card image for Visa/Mastercard deposits.
Withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of pkla's compliance team. pkla will communicate the outcome of KYC review within 2 business days of receiving all requested documents. If documents submitted are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with registration information, pkla will request resubmission.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkla account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. pkla strongly recommends enabling 2FA from the account security settings panel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkla will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pkla support immediately via the on-site live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). pkla will lock the account pending investigation upon receiving a credible security concern report.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
pkla accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
All transactions on pkla are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to mobile financial service transactions. Card transactions may be subject to the exchange rate applied by the issuing bank at the time of processing; pkla does not control or take responsibility for card issuer exchange rates.
4.2 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳200
- Deposits are credited to your pkla balance instantly for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the relevant deposit amount.
- pkla does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit — you cannot withdraw to a different account or payment method without completing additional verification.
- Same-day withdrawal processing (typically within 4 hours during BST business hours) is available to KYC-verified accounts with no outstanding withdrawal holds.
- Withdrawal requests submitted outside of BST business hours (09:00–22:00 UTC+6) will be queued and processed the following business day.
- pkla reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account KYC status, if fraud, bonus abuse, or AML risk is detected.
- Any balance derived from bonus funds that does not meet the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is satisfied.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on pkla's sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Tests, ODI series), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you agree to the odds and market conditions shown at that moment. pkla does not guarantee that odds will remain unchanged after a bet is confirmed; confirmed bets are binding.
In the event of a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed interruption that results in materially incorrect odds being offered on any market, pkla reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. pkla will communicate such decisions via on-site notification and support email.
5.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules
Casino games available on pkla — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective software provider. pkla hosts these games but does not operate the game logic directly. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the outcome recorded in the game provider's server logs shall be the definitive record.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

5.4 Void Bets and Cancelled Games
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your pkla balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely; the market is settled in error; a data integrity issue is confirmed; or a game session is interrupted due to a platform or provider technical fault. pkla will apply void decisions consistently and will notify affected players via account notification.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Conditions
pkla offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL opening week, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the offer page at the time of opt-in. The following general conditions apply to all pkla bonuses unless the offer page explicitly states otherwise:
- Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry window stated on the offer page. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
- Only one bonus may be active on a pkla account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is prohibited and may result in all bonuses being voided.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated on the relevant free spins offer page.
- pkla reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Active bonuses already claimed by a player at the time of cancellation will be honoured to their original stated terms.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
pkla operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing offsetting or hedge bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other players to pool bonus funds; and using automated software to place bets for the purpose of meeting a wagering requirement. Where bonus abuse is detected, pkla reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkla platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
- Registering more than one account on pkla.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Using a pkla account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
- Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or attempting to use pkla for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Exploiting software bugs, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or any pkla employee to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
- Engaging in match-fixing or placing bets on sports events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome.
- Attempting to charge back or reverse a deposit transaction after funds have been used to place bets or play casino games.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkla support staff or other platform users.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by pkla
pkla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity; AML or financial crime concerns; receipt of a chargeback from your payment provider; detection of bonus abuse; or operation of multiple accounts.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, pkla reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, pkla may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within 10 business days.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the permanent closure of your pkla account at any time by contacting pkla support via on-site live chat or at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Before closure is processed, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided no withdrawal holds are active. Voluntary account closure does not extinguish any outstanding obligations you owe to pkla, including any misuse of bonus funds under investigation at the time of closure request.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
If you wish to exclude yourself from pkla for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings, or contact support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take effect within 24 hours. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its set expiry date. 8.4 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which pkla operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact pkla support in the first instance and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for the dispute to be investigated and resolved internally. pkla is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will communicate all decisions in writing to the registered email address on your account.
8.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkla's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of net deposits you have made to your pkla account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the claim. pkla shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform downtime, game result disputes, payment processing delays, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
